games.index_document.upserted v1 (OpenVibe.Games apps/server/src/worlds/searchIndex.ts, via openvibe-publishing/search-feed). The OpenVibe.Search document of a published creator world (type world, /worlds/<id>, which opens the world in /play): its title, the player who made it and their summary. Sent when a world is published, renamed or edited while published, and by the sweep at boot and on a timer; a world that is unpublished, taken down by staff or deleted becomes a tombstone.
