Read OpenVibe.Watch's resource index (ADR-048, plan T13 step 8 phase 2): GET /api/v1/resources lists the watches it keeps as a page of common.resource-summary@1 (common.resource-list-result@1), and GET /api/v1/resources/:ovrn reads one by its OVRN (common.resource-summary@1). Kind watch.watch, id wch_<ULID>, named by the watch's name, state its status (active, paused, disabled, failed), owner the subject that made it. A watch made under a project carries that project_id and so an OVRN; a person's own watch has neither.
