Read OpenRestream's resource index (ADR-048, plan T13 step 8 phase 2, a person-owned resource): GET /api/v1/resources lists its stream definitions as a page of common.resource-summary@1 (common.resource-list-result@1). Kind openre.stream, id std_<ULID>, named by the stream's title, state its state (active, disabled), owner its owner_subject. Archived definitions are left out. Streams belong to people, not projects, so a stream carries no project_id and no OVRN; GET /api/v1/resources/:ovrn answers 404 for every name.
