Issue, list and revoke the S3 access keys of a project (ADR-031, amended 2026-10-14: Media issues the keys it verifies). A first-party service (OpenVibe.Zone, OpenVibe.Services) calls for the person in on_behalf_of, who must be an admin or owner of the project (Media asks Network, network.project.member.read). POST /api/v1/projects/:project_id/access-keys takes media.access-key-issue-request@1 and answers 201 media.access-key-issued@1, the only answer that carries the secret; GET lists media.access-key-list@1; DELETE /:key_id revokes at once. Loopback only.
