Read the support inboxes the person works in on OpenVibe.Chat (docs/platform.md): the inboxes, each one's conversations (waiting first) and messages, and its saved replies; the owner also exports every conversation (JSON or CSV). Visitors' messages are people's words to a team, so an app sees only inboxes its person works in, and the person's own role decides the rest (the export is the owner's).
